PERMISSION TO ARRANGE
If you wish to make an arrangement of one of our copyrighted works, you must obtain an arrangement license. Securing permission to arrange a work should be done prior to arranging it. These licenses are not automatically granted and may be declined for any reason. If approved, there will be a fee for this license.
PLEASE NOTE: Permission to arrange licenses are only valid for the single performing group or individual obtaining the license. These requests are not valid for any type of sub-publishing or third-party sale.

MECHANICAL LICENSE (RECORDINGS)
If you wish to record and release one of our copyrighted works in CD, digital, or vinyl format, or on online streaming platforms, you must obtain a Mechanical License. Licensing fees are charged based on the compulsory rate established by copyright law.

SYNCHRONIZATION LICENSE (ANY TYPE OF VIDEO POST OR USAGE)
If you wish to include one of our works on a website or social media platform (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, etc.), in a promotional/archival video, DVD, film, TV show, commercial, or any other visual format, you must obtain a synchronization license. These rights are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific usage, and fees may vary.
STREAMING & POSTING CONCERTS: We offer standard sync rates for scholastic and community ensembles for live streaming, posting, and/or distributing concert footage online with simplicity and ease.

If you wish to include any of our works in an academic paper for an advanced degree, you must obtain permission from us.

We require purchase of at minimum the score of each piece you are requesting permission to include. Please provide verifiable proof of purchase along with your request.

Permission To Photocopy Adjudication Scores
Permission to photocopy letters for contests/festivals that require original judges' scores are only granted in situations where your purchased judges' scores will not arrive on time to be distributed.
Requesting directors may send these requests directly to us at [email protected] along with verifiable proof of purchase of these additional scores. If your request is approved, there will be a flat $10.00 administrative fee.
