Joshua leyda.

biography.

Joshua Leyda is a contemporary composer and native of Augusta, Georgia. He currently studies Music Composition at Winthrop University with Dr. Leonard Mark Lewis in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Joshua's musical selections have been featured in many collegiate performances and multiple international showcases. His company "Leyda Music Compositions" was founded in 2013. Since then, Joshua has been a composer and written drill for various competitive marching ensembles around the globe.

Alongside his distinctively dark and aggressive music, Joshua designs all electronic soundscaping for his field and indoor productions. In September 2018, Joshua will be studying in London, UK to further expand his musical knowledge and color palette.
