biography.

Grant Larcom is a composer and arranger for piano music, chamber ensembles, and the marching arts. He is currently earning a degree in music, with an emphasis on piano, at the University of Tennessee at Martin. In addition to rigorous classical training on the piano, Larcom specializes in jazz theory, general music theory, and various reharmonization techniques. Larcom resides in Martin, TN, earning a living through late night bar gigs as well as his pianist position at FUMC in Union City, TN, all while studying music full time. In addition to composition and arranging, Larcom serves as the resident front ensemble technician for Union City High School’s award-winning marching and concert band programs.
