A deposit and signed Commission Contract must be received in advance. Payments can be made to TUX People's Music by check, purchase order, or PayPal.
For arrangements not in the public domain or original music, we must secure permission to arrange from the copyright holder. Once we receive documentation from the copyright holder, we can proceed with the arrangement process. Commissioning ensembles are responsible for all "permission to arrange and/or perform" licensing fees. We can assist you in acquiring these licenses from the copyright holder if needed.
